No. of  Sites (46) -  7 non-electrical sites, 39 electrical sites, 1 group sites , 1 cabin

Wheel Chair Accessible  Campsites - yes, only 1 and a barrier free comfort station with shower

Operating Dates: 

May 16, 2014 to September 1, 2014
Language:  Bilingual -  French and English

Terrain:   Lush boreal forest , lots of poplar trees, well away from highway and traffic so it is nice and quiet         

Staff:   Friendliest staff ever! Fantastic staff! 

Bathrooms:   Clean and foot pedal flush , extra safety bars on walls

Shower:  There is one at the comfort station, it's not large but it is nice enough

Beach: Long sandy shoreline with lots of benches and a roped in area to swim.

Outdoor Water Faucets:   Water is good to drink but faucets weren't the easiest to find 

Hiking Trails:    2 trails  - Achilles Trail, 1 km,  and Fire Tower Trail - 4 km 

Pet Amenities:  pet walking area

Playground:  no designated playground that we could see

Park Store: The park store is found in the main gate house and offers things like  firewood,  ice, bug spray, snacks, camping supplies, souvenirs
                    and  ice cream. It does not offer groceries.


​Boat/Canoe  Rentals:  They rent motorboats, canoes, kayaks, peddle boats and bikes

Directions:

Located at Approximately 25 km west of Hearst on Highway 11, turn north on Access road drive about 13 km then turn east.

Signs For Directions  To Park - Easy to see but the drive in off the highway, on dirt roads, is a fair distance.
