                       - Margaret's Farm - July 2019

Terrain:  Thick bush of bracken ferns, hemlock trees and mixed deciduous trees. Good balance of sun and shade areas.

Staff:   Were absolutely wonderful! They were quick to find someone who spoke English for us. They made sure that our language barriers
were  never a problem. We had an issue with another group of campers taking our reserved site and they responded to the situation quickly
and professionally. We always felt like we were in good hands.

Bathrooms:   The comfort station could do with an update but it was clean. There are flush toilets at the Welcome center that are up to date, clean
and comfortable. The other washrooms are port-a-potties (chemical toilets) but they were  exceptionally clean, and didn't have even
so much as a bug in them. They also did not smell bad at all.  There is a solar light outside that comes on automatically at night.

Shower:  Two sets. One is located in about the center of the park at the comfort station. Those ones could do with an update but they were clean.
The second  set is at the Welcome Center and these are up to date, clean and inviting.

Beach:  None. But they do have a lovely little swimming pool and they have a splash pad.

Outdoor Water Faucets:   Well placed through out the park however, they are very low to the ground.

Hiking Trails:    3  trails - Gorge "Canyon" Trail  (3.5 km loop)  includes the longest suspended footbridge in North America,  an observation tower, a
hydroelectric power station, and a cave. On this same trail, there are explanation panels available to
learn more about many different aspects of the park, such as the history, wildlife and plants of this
                                                                           beautiful canyon.

**NOTE:  Do not miss out on walking this trail at night through FORESTA LUMINA. You won't
regret it! It's an absolute "must see"! It's magical!

                                    -  Mountain Trail  (2.8 km loop)  includes a covered bridge, a round barn, a floral garden, a waterfall, and  an observation
tower. You can rent mountain bikes and use them on this trail.
